An experienced program management professional, Gary Cooper has spent over 28 years overseeing large projects in both the private and public sectors. Gary started his career in local government working as a historic building conservation officer and town planning and design manager in communities north of London, England. In 2001, he joined LCC and later Bechtel working on network implementation projects for Vodafone, Orange, Hutchison and Crown Castle, among others. Gary was tapped by Bechtel in 2005 to lead a site development team in the Baltimore/Washington DC market for AT&T. In 2012, he took on a similar role with Network Building + Consulting, managing all site acquisition for Verizon Wireless.

Gary brings to CitySwitch a unique ability to establish effective working relationships with a wide range of clients, vendors, government officials and colleagues. He holds degrees in Town Planning & Urban Design from Southbank University London and the University of Southampton and enjoys boating and travel with family.
