Acquisitions

In addition to new tower development, we are actively expanding our portfolio of assets through complementary accretive acquisitions as well. We work with owners of bespoke portfolios of tower sites throughout the country. Deploying our robust balance sheet, we ensure a speedy process and provide the execution bandwidth to close transactions in the most expeditious manner possible.

In combination with CBRE IM we have access to dedicated funds to finance asset purchases from our existing resources, including CBRE IM’s commingled infrastructure fund and separate managed accounts.
We look to be flexible and collaborative in developing a mutually beneficial structure. It is our preference to seek the simplest structure to drive an expedited closing process and straightforward ongoing relationship with sellers. 
We are committed to working efficiently through our diligence and have evaluated numerous M&A opportunities in our decades in the tower sector. 
Our extensive experience dealing with complex lease structures, difficult zoning and rights-of-way environments, notably our extensive work with the railroads, allows us to be creative in overall deal structuring.
